In this role, Teresa Derrickson oversees Katmai’s enterprise-wide Compliance and Ethics Program, as well as the company’s risk management, contracts, HR, industrial security, corporate governance, and SBA (Small Business Administration) departments. With 15 years of experience in government contracting, she brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, policy development, and operational leadership.
A lifelong Alaskan, Teresa holds a Ph.D. in English and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional. She is committed to upholding ethical business practices and driving operational excellence within the Alaska Native Corporation community.
